1. Who is the Mighty McGregor and how might I get more of HIS music?
The Mighty McGregor's full name is Andrew Robert McGregor. He is an angry Scottish musician who plays in a band called Blind Pew. He recorded both of Hollis's albums.
2. Where is Hollis playing next? I'd love to hear more of his music!
Information like that can be found on Hollis's main website www.hollismusic.com. Go there, you know you want to.
3. What kind of music does Hollis play?
Amazing music.
4. Where did the title of the album come from?
The title "Quick Relief" has a double meaning. Leah Ball, the girl who did the cover and design for the album suggested it as a title. It is a phrase from a song on the album "Be My Bonnie." There is also a song on the album written by Andy about Premature Ejaculation. Some people would say that the title is a "double entendre." Hollis is deep and has a sense of humor, what a multidimensional artist!
5. Does Hollis have any other albums?
Why yes, he does! The first album he did with Andy is called "Miss the Plane." Some people say it's like the Beach Boys's "Pet Sounds" except BETTER. You can get it by Clicking Here.
6. Where did Hollis record "Quick Relief?"
Hollis recorded both of his albums in Andy's Dad's Printshop which is located in Largs, Scotland. Much coffee was consumed. Many curse words were said. Many feelings were hurt. Much music was played; some of it was even good.
7. Who played in Hollis's band? Where are they now?
Hollis's band consisted of:
Hollis Webb - vocals, guitar
Andy McGregor - vocals, keys
Leslie McLaren - Drums, misc percussion
Stuart McIntosh - Bass
Stuart McGregor, Scott McGregor, Megan Yeoman, and Emma Yeoman - background vocals on "The Things That Just Can't Wait"
Unfortunately, Hollis left out Lynsey Robertson from the credits on the CD. She is the lovely voice singing background on "Unwind." Hollis is a dick.
Hollis does not know where any of these people are. He guesses most of them are still in Scotland.
8. Is there a plan for a third album?
Maybe. He doubts Andy will want to record another. Hollis might do a crappy, solo live album, in which case he will entitle it "Crappy Live Solo Album" by Hollis and the Absent McGregor.
9. Is there any other merchandise for sale, like T-shirts or stickers?
Maybe, that's a good idea. Thank you for asking.
He's okay. He's taking an Accounting class at the local community college and he finds that very rewarding. He also just rented "Resident Evil: Apocolypse." He's pretty excited about watching it.
Well, besides the activities listed above, he's working on a pretentious 80's rock musical. It should be amazing.
Hollis is afraid of the complete collapse of our culture. He is also scared of North Korea and spiders.
13. If Hollis could be any animal what would he be?
A liger.
14. How would I get in contact with Hollis?

15. Would Hollis play music with me?
Probably so. Contact him with the info provided above. If you suck, you might want to entice him with alcohol. He likes gin.
16. Wow, Hollis sounds like a great guy. Why doesn't he have a girlfriend?
This is a good question and it is one that Hollis's staff of researchers have looked into for a few years now. A preliminary theory that is being tossed around now in the office is that Hollis's salary, his crappy apartment, and large white station wagon all contribute to him not having a girlfriend. We're still hashing it out in the lab, but all signs so far point to these as being significant barriers to relationships with the opposite sex.
